Pharmacy Quality Payments Scheme: Guidance for the June 2018 declaration

NHS England has published guidance for the June 2018 declaration for the Pharmacy Quality Payments Scheme for community pharmacies in England. This provides information to contractors on how to claim quality payments and demonstrate that they meet any of the eight quality criteria for the June 2018 declaration. This guidance is intended to be read in conjunction with the Pharmacy Quality Payment: Gateway Criteria Guidance and the Pharmacy Quality Payments: Quality Criteria Guidance.
