Class 2 medicines recall: paracetamol 500 mg tablets

M&A Pharmachem Limited is recalling all unexpired batches of paracetamol 500mg tablets as a precautionary measure, because a small number of pots from some batches have been found to contain discoloured tablets due to fungal contamination.
