We’ve told BBC News that medicine stocks are secure amid the covid-19 crisis and are urging patients not buy more than they need when visiting their local pharmacy.

Some of the key issues you’ve told us you’re facing were highlighted through a visit to a pharmacy in Greater Manchester, where RPS member Marc Borson spoke about Personal Protective Equipment and medicines shortages.

RPS President Sandra Gidley was interviewed on what measures pharmacies are taking to cope with the covid-19 crisis.

Sandra urged patients not to panic buy their medicines and to think of others, highlighting that pharmacists are working hard to make sure that everyone can get them ‘in due course’.
