Patient safety alert update: Update on the NHS Improvement patient safety alert - risk of death and severe harm from failure to obtain and continue flow from oxygen cylinders

NHS Improvement published a patient safety alert on 9 January 2018: Risk of death and severe harm from failure to obtain and continue flow from oxygen cylinders. This alert has since been updated, a number of educational resources and design changes have been made/produced to support the alert’s recommendations.
