Insulin preparations: Regional Medicines Optimisation Committee (RMOC) recommendations of safety considerations for formulary decision making

The Regional Medicines Optimisation Committee (RMOC) programme has issued guidance to formulary committees and Area Prescribing Committees on recommendations of safety considerations for formulary decision making, with regards to insulin preparations. 

The guidance is also available as a checklist, which is intended to be completed as part of the evidence-gathering process, alongside clinical and cost-effectiveness data.
